Refund policy

Sometimes things don't go as planned. We offer a 30-day return policy. That means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

What qualifies for a return:
Items need to be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you got them. That includes the original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return:
Email us at mightaswell@goforasoda.com and we’ll sort it out. Please wait for return approval before sending anything back. If something shows up here without a return request, we can’t accept it.

Damaged or wrong items:
If something arrived damaged or isn’t what you ordered, let us know as soon as you get it. We’ll make it right.

What you can't return:
We can't accept returns on perishable stuff like drinks or teas once opened. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale. If you’re not sure whether something qualifies, just ask.

Refunds:
Once we get and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company might take a bit longer to process it. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t seen the refund, reach out to us at mightaswell@goforasoda.com.
