When you place an order, you're agreeing to pay for it in full. Prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if something seems off or stock runs out. If that happens, we’ll get in touch.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to get your drinks or tea out the door fast, but delays can happen. We’re not responsible for shipping delays once the package leaves our hands, especially during busy seasons or postal disruptions.
4. Returns and Refunds
See our Return Policy for all the details. Short version: unopened stuff in its original condition can usually be returned within 30 days. No returns on opened food or drink products, custom orders, or sale items.
5. Products and Availability
We make small-batch drinks and stock moves fast. We can’t guarantee everything will be available all the time, and we might change things up without notice!
6. Account Info and Security
If you make an account on our site, keep your login info private. You’re responsible for anything that happens under your account.
7. Stuff We’re Not Liable For
We’re not responsible for any indirect damage or loss caused by using our products or website. Everything is provided as-is, and we can’t guarantee it’ll be perfect 100 percent of the time.
